We will be offering both Pick'Em and Survivor Football again this year.  Also, feel free to forward this to anyone you may know.  It is always more fun (and lucrative) when we get more people.

Pick’em Football Rules (For those who forgot):

You pick the winners for every game each week and attach confidence points to each match. If you guess the game correctly you receive the amount of confidence points you had for that game. Whoever has the most points at the end of the week wins the weekly pot. Your points add up every week, so the top 3 for the year will each get a percentage of the yearly pot (your lowest week will be dropped, so don't worry if you miss a week). Reminder, you pick the game straight up, meaning NO SPREAD. Standard Tiebreak Rules will be used to break any ties between the weekly OR annual pots. 

 

Payouts:
Weekly Pot = $5 x #ofPlayers paid to player with Highest weekly score
Annual Pot = $5 x #ofPlayers x 18 weeks (regular season)
1st Place = 60% of pot
2nd Place = 25% of pot
3rd Place = 15% of pot

 

Survivor Football rules:

 

Your goal is to predict the winner of one professional football game each week. Win, and you keep picking. Lose, and you are eliminated.  Also, once you pick a team to win you cannot pick them again for the entire season which makes things REALLY interesting. In event of a tie, the pot will be split to last remaining players.  

Payouts:
100% of pot to final player (or split in the event of a tie)

IMPORTANT!: Every week, please double and triple check that your picks were actually submitted.  Typically about twice per year I receive a message after the weekly games have already started that someone "thought" they submitted their picks, but then noticed it didn't actually get saved - often times because they forgot to hit the "submit" button or their internet cut out when they clicked it.  Its easy to verify, so just verify to be safe as there is nothing I can do if the pick isn't submitted on time.
